As we head toward the end of 2025, we’re excited to share a range of new improvements, releases, and infrastructure enhancements across the iVech platform. This quarter has been focused on expanding reliability, improving performance, and giving operators more powerful tools to manage their fleets efficiently.

Here’s what’s new in Q4:

iVech Assist – Now Improved & Officially Live on the Play Store

After extensive testing and refinement, iVech Assist has now been officially published on the Google Play Store.

The app has seen various performance improvements and stability updates this quarter, making it easier than ever for your team to complete inspections, capture customer signatures, carry out vehicle checks, and more — all from a mobile device.

Vehicle Tracking – Complete Rebuild & Relaunch

One of the biggest achievements this quarter has been the total rebuild of our Vehicle Tracking module.

The system has been redesigned from the ground up to offer:

• Faster, more responsive tracking
• A modernised backend for speed & scalability
• Support for multiple tracking providers
• A cleaner, more intuitive user interface

We now integrate with a wide range of tracking services, including:

• Quartix
• Global Telemetrics
• Verizon
• GPS Live
• Mesh
• GPS Tracker Store
• Radius
• Navixy
• Velocity by Radius

This new tracking experience lays the foundation for additional enhancements in 2026.

Blink Payments – More Flexible Payment Options

The Blink Payments integration has had a useful update this quarter.

You can now:

• Send paylinks for customers to pay remotely
• Re-run payments easily — ideal for rental extensions, rollovers, and repeat billing

This improvement streamlines payment workflows and reduces the admin involved in collecting additional charges from customers mid-rental.

Sign My Rental – Now Supports Extensions & Swapovers

Our electronic signing tool, Sign My Rental, has also received a significant improvement.

You can now send digital signing requests for:

• Rental extensions
• Vehicle swapovers

This makes it easier to maintain a clean audit trail and ensure that all variations to the rental agreement are properly documented.

We also have further enhancements scheduled for early 2026, as this feature continues to become a core part of the rental workflow.

Infrastructure Improvements – Faster & More Secure

Behind the scenes, we’ve been collaborating with our server provider on major infrastructure work.

These improvements include:

• Enhanced backend database performance
• Increased system redundancy
• Additional security hardening
• Faster response times across the platform

While the performance improvements may feel subtle, the upgrade gives us a stronger, more scalable foundation for future development.
