Introducing iVech 3.0 – Rolling Out Now!

After months of development, we’re excited to start rolling out iVech 3.0 from today. Updates will be released gradually, customer by customer, to ensure all new features are correctly set up and configured for each rental business and branch.

Accountancy Improvements

We’ve enhanced the accountancy and invoicing features in iVech:

  • New export tools for popular systems, including Sage and QuickBooks

  • Improved invoicing with split payments and editable invoices

  • Consolidated invoices for companies with multiple hires

Driver Licence Checks

In partnership with Davis, you can now perform licence checks within iVech. With driver consent, licence data—including endorsements—is automatically pulled into the system, saving you time at the point of hire.

Signable Integration

Contracts can now be sent to customers for e-signature in advance via Signable. Perfect for customers who want to sign ahead of time or for office staff handling parts of the agreement. Setup is simple in your iVech settings.

Dropbox Improvements

Our Dropbox integration now lets you attach documents or images to invoices, ideal for things like damage reports or supporting documentation.

iVech on Your Website

iVech 3.0 introduces ‘Book My Hire’, a simple widget to embed on your website for direct bookings. (Note: additional charges apply for this feature.)

General Improvements

We’ve also made numerous bug fixes, UI enhancements, and general tidying across the system to make iVech faster, smoother, and more intuitive than ever.
